The first story tells of the killing of Julius Caesar. Brutus, one of the killers, believes that Caesar wants to be the King of Rome. Antony, Caesar's friend, fights a war with Brutus. But we never know - did Caesar wish to become a king ? The second story follows the life of Antony. He is now in Egypt. Cleopatra - the queen of Egypt - and Antony are in love. Antony's love makes him forget Rome. But Rome does not forget Antony.
