The Beast Within: A Gabriel Knight Mystery

Gabriel: (looking at the crime scene) This is worse than I imagined. The mutilation... it's brutal. We need to gather as much evidence as we can before the local authorities interfere. Grace: (examining the surroundings) I agree. The patterns suggest a certain level of savagery that's not typical of human behavior. We should also consider the folklore surrounding werewolves in this region. It could give us insights into the mindset of the killer. Gabriel: Right. Let's split up and interview the locals. They might have seen something unusual or heard any strange stories. I'll head to the pub down the street; it's a good place to start. Grace: I'll check in with the local police and see if they have any leads. Maybe they've received reports of strange sightings or disturbances in the area. Gabriel: Good idea. And let's meet back here in a couple of hours. We need to piece together everything we find. Grace: (nodding) Be careful, Gabriel. If this is indeed the work of a werewolf, we need to stay vigilant. Gabriel: You too, Grace. We're dealing with something that goes beyond the ordinary. (They both head off in different directions, determined to uncover the truth behind the gruesome murders.)
